THE TROJAN CLUB NEEDS YOU!
The active support of Trojan Club members is an on-going need. The Trojan Club board is a small group of volunteers who rely on additional help from parents of students at GMHS. We would love to have your help! We need volunteers for Concessions, Ticket Sales and Merchandise during football, basketball, baseball and softball seasons as well as other sports from time to time. Events such as Conference Track meets, Wrestling tournaments and Cheerleading competitions.
All money raised through the Trojan Club goes to help the athletic department. The money is used to purchase uniforms for all teams, clean and replace field lights, maintenance of all fields, cleaning and refurbishing the gym floor, upkeep and purchase of athletic busses, annual scholarships for student - athletes, etc. etc. Every penny goes back into athletics!
If you would like to help but your child is an athlete, consider volunteering for JV if they are on Varsity and vice versa. Or volunteering for another sport that he or she doesn’t play. It is also a great way for students to get community service hours! We have a great time and it’s for a great cause.
